Every engagement starts with hearing what’s eating your week. What takes too long, what gets retyped, what gets missed on a Friday.
We put a number on it
Every recommendation comes with the hours or dollars it should save and the date you’ll see it. If we can’t see the return, we tell you that too.
We measure it
Thirty days after go-live we check the number against the promise. Then we build the next valuable change, not a twelve-month roadmap.

Our founders, Sam and Mithun, met in the biggest AI community on the internet, worked out they were both in Melbourne, and did the Melbourne thing: coffee. That coffee went long. By the time the cups were empty, Logic8 was a plan.
