The tool you need doesn’t exist. So we build it.
A front desk that answers at 9 pm. A quoting assistant that reads the plans. A website that writes its own updates. When the shelf has nothing that fits the way your business runs, we build the thing that does.

Three reasons the shelf doesn’t fit.
You changed how you quote because the software couldn’t do it your way. You pay for that decision twice: once in licence fees, once in the workarounds your team has learned by heart.
It answered five questions beautifully in the meeting. Then it met your real data, your real customers and the edge case that happens 40 times a day. Most of the AI projects we have been called in to rescue died in that gap, not in the demo.
You don’t want a suite with 30 modules and a two-year rollout. You want the quoting assistant, or the phone answered at 9 pm, and nothing else. That is a smaller job than most agencies want to sell you.
Put your own numbers in.
People quote us 10 hours a week for one job done by hand across a small team. At an ordinary hourly rate that is close to $30,000 a year, spent again every year, on work nobody enjoys. Custom software only looks expensive next to nothing, not next to that.
$650 a week. Time a system could give back.
Listen. Build. Measure.
We spend a day with your team finding the work that costs you the most time. You get a short written plan with the hours it should return and a date by which you’ll see it.
We build in stages and show you working software every week, starting with the part that carries the most risk. Your team uses it while we build it, so what ships is the thing they asked for. There is no big reveal at the end.
We check the hours against the promise, in your numbers, not ours. If it paid for itself, we talk about the next one. If it didn’t, we fix it.
Before you book a call.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code sits in your accounts and your repository, the licences are in your name, and the documentation comes with it whether you keep working with us or not. We don’t build anything that can only be run through us.
What does it run on?
Your own cloud accounts wherever that is practical, on n8n, Node and Postgres, with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini for the parts that need a model. We tell you the monthly running cost before we build, because a model call worth 2 cents adds up fast at 1,000 a day.
Do you build websites?
Yes, and we build the drafting side of them too, so a site can prepare its own updates for someone to approve. This one is ours. If all you need is five pages and a contact form, tell us and we’ll point you at something cheaper.
How do you keep an AI agent from saying the wrong thing?
We give it a narrow job, a fixed set of facts to work from and a hard rule about when to hand over to a person. It says “I’ll get someone to call you back” rather than guessing at a price. Then we read the real transcripts with you for the first month, because the bad answers turn up there and not in testing.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of fixes are part of the build, not an extra invoice. After that most clients take a small monthly arrangement for updates and model changes, and some take the code and run it themselves. Both are fine, and we’ll tell you honestly which one your team can handle.
Tell us what you wish existed.
A sentence or two is plenty. We read every message ourselves and call you back within one business day.
