AI workflow automation

The report someone builds by hand every Monday.

Every business has one. The spreadsheet that gets copied into another spreadsheet. The enquiry that gets retyped into the CRM. The invoice that waits until Friday. We find the ones that cost you the most, and make them run on their own.

Sound familiar

Three ways it usually shows up.

01One job eats a day a week

Someone on your team spends most of a day on a task that never changes: sorting the inbox, chasing a form, reformatting the same report. They know it’s a waste. So do you.

02A team retypes between systems

Your job system, your accounting software and your CRM don’t talk to each other, so people are the glue. Every retype is a chance for a mistake, and a Friday afternoon nobody gets back.

03Enquiries cool off before anyone replies

Quote requests land at 7 pm. By the time someone reads them the next morning, the customer has heard back from whoever answered first.

What it costs you now

Put your own numbers in.

Most owners have never done this sum. Six hours a week at a modest hourly cost is a five-figure number before the year is out, and that’s one task, one person.

A year of that task
$23,460

$510 a week. Time a system could give back.

How the first engagement runs

Listen. Build. Measure.

01ListenOne day, on site

We spend a day with your team finding the work that costs you the most time. You get a short written plan with the hours it should return and a date by which you’ll see it.

02BuildTwo to three weeks

We build the first automation, connect it to the tools you already use, and train the person it helps. One valuable change, not a platform.

03MeasureThirty days after go-live

We check the hours against the promise, in your numbers, not ours. If it paid for itself, we talk about the next one. If it didn’t, we fix it.

Questions we get asked

Before you book a call.

Do we need to change the software we already use?

Almost never. We build on n8n and Make, with OpenAI, Anthropic and Google models, on top of the Xero, Microsoft 365 and CRM you already run. The automation sits between your tools; it doesn’t replace them.

How much does a first automation cost?

It depends on the job, so we won’t quote a number here. What we will say: we only take on work where the return is clear, and the plan you get after the listening day has the price and the payback period on the same page.

What happens when something breaks?

You call us, and one of the team fixes it. Every automation we build logs what it did and tells a named person when it couldn’t, so nothing fails quietly.

Is our data safe?

Your data stays in your own accounts. We don’t copy it into ours. Where an AI model reads it, we tell you which one, where it runs and what it keeps, before we build anything.

Does everything need AI?

No. A lot of the best fixes are plain, well-built logic. We use AI where a job needs judgement, like reading an email and deciding what it’s about, and leave it out where it doesn’t.
